Local Orders

All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan/QExpress/Singpost. After your order is processed, your order status will be updated in your account (does not apply to Guest Checkout). All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery will be made on weekdays between 10am – 10pm.

Once your order is ready for pickup (typically within 1-3 working days), you will be notified by email/via My Account status update. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to most locations around the world. Delivery times normally take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

What Are The Shipping Fees?

Shipping rates vary according to your location; this will be displayed at checkout.

Any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

If you have created a customer account with Comfymall, you can log into your account at any time to check your order status. Once dispatched, your local shipping provider will notify you on its delivery status, using the contact information you have shared.

Missed Deliveries

One delivery attempts will be made, after which the parcel will be held at a collection point for a limited period, to be picked up by the customer.
